Staff Email Account Access
| For Rogers & Callcott staff members only:
The link below allows you to access your individual Rogers & Callcott email account
through webmail. By following the link, you can log into your email account
and then send or receive email from any location with web browsing. Note
that when logging in, your User Name is your complete email address. |
| Once you have logged into your account, you may also set
your individual options for Spam control, Filters and Exceptions, Holiday
Settings (for "out of office" auto responder or forwards), etc. Carefully read all instructions before changing any
account OPTIONS settings. Use the
HELP button to learn about these settings. The choices you make
through OPTIONS can determine how or even
if you receive your emails. In other words, if you fail to read and
follow the instructions and help files, you can make choices that
permanently block your emails. These options affect your emails accessed
through the webmail access AND through your Outlook account on your office computer (if
you have one). Note that if you delete emails through the webmail access, they
will no longer be available to download to your Outlook account. Also, if
you have already downloaded emails to your Outlook account, they may not be
available through the webmail access. Be aware that
if you do set up an auto responder message to reply to emails while you are
away, you are also responding to all the Spam emails you get. This will
probably result in your receiving even more Spam email in the future as you
have confirmed to the Spammers that yours is a valid email address. |

Warning: If
you access the webmail page from a public
computer or from a computer that has been hacked or through a public network, either wired or wireless (such as a hotspot,
restaurant,
school, or a hotel), unauthorized individuals may be able to intercept your
account information and your emails. Get more information on
Spam and fraudulent emails, by watching the Microsoft video "
What is Spam?".
Fraudulent email may be reported to the Federal Trade
Commission by using the
FTC
Consumer Complaint Form. |
